Yesterday my parents and I had lunch in Aspen and we took the standard drive over Independence Pass. At the Independence Pas summit, I felt quite inspired to pull out the camera and photograph some of the beautiful Rocky Mountain views. Look at that blue sky! :)

	Now I must admit, I am still having difficulty "getting into the groove" of photographing Aspen. I take the blame! My parents and I ate at the New York style pizza near the green and walked around a bit. The adjacent photo of a few ski runs is my only semi-decent.
	On the way back, I snapped this shot of the imposing mountains in the vicinity of Independence, the ghost town.
